What This Service Involves

Years of Northwest rain and shade leave wood decks, fences, and siding gray, fuzzy, and streaked with mildew well past what a simple wash can fix. Restoration goes deeper: we strip failed coatings, kill and remove biological growth, and apply a wood brightener that neutralizes and reopens the grain. The result is a surface returned close to its original tone and ready to accept sealer or stain properly. This groundwork is the difference between a finish that lasts and one that peels after the first wet winter.

Our Process
