What This Service Involves

Vinyl holds up well to rain but readily grows algae in the shaded, humid conditions common across Puget Sound. We use a soft wash that lifts the green staining from the grooves and overlaps where it hides most stubbornly. The low-pressure method avoids driving water behind the panels, a genuine concern with vinyl's interlocking design. Panels come back looking uniform and bright without the streaks that a quick hose rinse leaves behind.
