Power Washing Precision. Exceptional Results.
We wash screened and glass pool enclosures to clear the algae film and evergreen debris that dim them through the rainy months.
Enclosures around Washington pools trap organic debris from nearby firs and cedars, and the constant moisture feeds algae on screens and framing. We soft wash mesh panels and framing with low pressure so we lift growth without stretching or tearing the screen. Aluminum framework is cleaned to stop oxidation streaks from bleeding down onto the panels. Light comes through clearly again and the enclosed space feels less like a damp greenhouse.
Lifts algae film from screen mesh without tearing it; Clears fir and cedar debris trapped in the framework; Stops oxidation streaks from staining aluminum framing; Restores natural light into the enclosed pool area
1) Remove loose leaves and needles from tracks and corners; 2) Apply a low-pressure soft wash solution to mesh and framing; 3) Gently rinse panels from the top down; 4) Detail aluminum members and clear the base tracks
Size and height of the enclosure; Screen versus glass panels; Volume of trapped organic debris; Degree of algae and oxidation present; Accessibility of upper panels and roof sections
Clean the enclosure in early summer once tree pollen and needle drop have slowed for the season.
