What This Service Involves

Gas station concrete absorbs a steady mix of dripped fuel, motor oil, and tire rubber that our constant Pacific Northwest rain smears into slick, dark stains across the pump islands. Washington Pressure Washing uses hot-water surface cleaners paired with degreasing agents to lift petroleum out of the concrete pores rather than just rinsing the surface. Our Process

1) Contain drains and pre-treat oil-stained concrete with a commercial degreaser; 2) Hot-water surface clean the fuel court and pump islands; 3) Soft wash the canopy, columns, and signage from the top down; 4) Recover wash water and dispose of it per stormwater rules
