What This Service Involves

We soft wash the boards to clear the mildew that clings to the textured finish in our damp shade. Aggressive pressure can chip the coating and expose the cement beneath, so we let detergents carry the load instead. The finish stays intact while years of organic staining disappear from the lap boards and trim.
