What This Service Involves

Fence boards face weather from both sides and rarely get a chance to dry out in a Washington winter, so untreated cedar and pine gray and soften quickly. After cleaning the panels back to sound wood, we apply a penetrating sealer that repels moisture and slows biological growth. This keeps posts and pickets sturdier, holds the natural grain longer, and reduces the green sheen that coats shaded fence lines. Sealing right after a proper cleaning is what protects the investment rather than just improving it for a few weeks.
