Power Washing Precision. Exceptional Results.
Targeted removal of motor oil stains that soak into and darken Washington driveway concrete.
Dripping vehicles leave oil stains that penetrate porous concrete and become stubborn dark blotches near parking spots. Simple washing spreads the oil rather than lifting it, so specialized degreasers are required to draw it back out. We apply penetrating cleaners that emulsify the oil, then agitate and rinse to pull it from the pores. Persistent stains may need repeat treatments, but the driveway comes out markedly cleaner and more uniform.
Draws penetrated oil out of porous concrete; Prevents stains from spreading during cleaning; Restores a uniform surface tone near parking areas; Reduces slick, oil-coated patches on the slab
1) Assess the age and depth of the oil staining; 2) Apply a penetrating degreaser to the affected spots; 3) Agitate the treatment to lift oil from the pores; 4) Rinse and repeat treatment on stubborn stains
Age and saturation depth of the oil stains; Number and size of stained areas; Concrete porosity and finish; Whether multiple treatment passes are needed; Surrounding surface cleaning included
