What This Service Involves

Mildew takes hold on decks that stay shaded and wet, which describes much of the year in western Washington. We apply a treatment that kills the mildew at the source rather than just wiping the surface film. Once the growth is neutralized, we soft wash the boards and flush the gaps where spores collect. Killing the mildew rather than smearing it keeps the deck cleaner and healthier well into the damp months.
