What This Service Involves

Douglas fir needles and bigleaf maple leaves leave stubborn brown tannin stains on Northwest concrete, and vehicle drips add oil spots on top. We identify each stain type first because a rust mark and a grease mark require entirely different chemistry. Degreasers, oxalic-based rust removers, and organic tannin treatments are applied only where needed so the surrounding concrete is not over-worked. Careful agitation and controlled rinsing pull the discoloration out of the pores instead of just spreading it.
