What This Service Involves

Stucco and EIFS finishes are porous and easily damaged, so high-pressure water can chip the texture or drive moisture into the wall system. We use a soft wash method where cleaning solutions penetrate the textured surface and break down organic growth trapped in its pores. A gentle rinse then carries the loosened algae and grime away without harming the finish. This is the safest way to restore a bright, even appearance to Northwest stucco exteriors.
