Power Washing Precision. Exceptional Results.
Fiber cement siding washing gently lifts mildew and grime from Hardie board while preserving its factory paint and sealed edges.
Fiber cement is popular across the region for its durability, but its painted surface and porous cut edges still need careful handling. We soft wash the boards to clear the mildew that clings to the textured finish in our damp shade. Aggressive pressure can chip the coating and expose the cement beneath, so we let detergents carry the load instead. The finish stays intact while years of organic staining disappear from the lap boards and trim.

1) Confirm the coating is sound and note any exposed edges; 2) Apply a mild soft wash solution across the boards; 3) Allow dwell time to release the mildew and film; 4) Rinse at low pressure and inspect the finish closely
