What This Service Involves

EIFS is an insulated synthetic stucco that is especially sensitive to water intrusion and abrasive cleaning. We use an ultra-low-pressure soft wash with detergents that clear the mildew our wet climate encourages without stressing the delicate coating. Any force behind the finish can compromise the insulation layer, so chemistry does the work while the rinse stays gentle. The system is left clean and dry, with its protective envelope fully intact.

Our Process

1) Identify the EIFS finish and note any damaged areas; 2) Apply a gentle detergent at the lowest effective pressure; 3) Allow adequate dwell time for the mildew to release; 4) Rinse lightly and confirm no moisture is trapped
