Removal of chalky white calcium and mineral deposits from concrete, masonry, glass, and fixtures.
Hard water, sprinkler overspray, and moisture wicking through masonry leave chalky white calcium and efflorescence deposits that dull surfaces. These mineral crusts resist normal cleaning because they are bonded into or onto the surface rather than sitting loosely on top. We apply the correct mild acidic or specialty cleaners to dissolve the deposits without harming the underlying material. Surfaces from concrete walls to glass and fixtures come back clear of the white haze the deposits leave.
Dissolves bonded calcium and mineral crusts; Clears white efflorescence from masonry and concrete; Removes hard water haze from glass and fixtures; Restores clarity and true surface color; Uses controlled cleaners that protect the substrate
1) Identify the deposit type and the affected surface; 2) Apply an appropriate deposit-dissolving cleaner; 3) Allow it to react and break down the minerals; 4) Rinse, neutralize if needed, and inspect
Extent and thickness of the mineral deposits; Surface material and its acid sensitivity; Source of the deposits and likely recurrence; Number of applications to fully clear; Accessibility of the affected surfaces
Calcium and efflorescence deposits can be treated year-round, with dry conditions helping confirm complete removal.
